SMS Privacy Policy — Netfizz Ltd

Netfizz Ltd (company no. 022200V, Isle of Man) operates an SMS messaging programme used for system testing and operational notifications.

Information we collect. We collect the mobile telephone numbers of our personnel and authorised client testing staff, supplied directly by those individuals, together with the content and delivery status of messages sent to or from those numbers.

How we use it. Numbers are used solely to send and receive the messages described in our SMS Terms and Conditions, and to diagnose faults in the systems under test.

No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with a ny third parties.

Mobile numbers are disclosed only to our messaging provider (Twilio Inc.) and the underlying mobile carriers strictly as required to transmit the messages, and where we are compelled to do so by law.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with testing activity and is typically fewer than 20 messages per recipient per month.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Retention. Message logs are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted.
